We bought a Samsung 65 inch Qled TV. We had an issue with the TV on Sunday where the power kept flicking on and off. I placed a call to your customer service on Monday – the lady I spoke to was excellent and immediately after I described the fault she said that she would check stock and upon identifying that stock was available she ordered a replacement to be sent out.
She advised the courier would be in contact to arrange delivery, which they duly did – we have moved since purchase – albeit only a few hundred yards and we requested the swap take place at our new property. The courier advised that we needed to speak back to customer service to get them to authorise the different address which was done immediately and we had contact to confirm that the swap would take place on Thursday.
The TV has been swapped today and we are now back with a working TV.
Goods go wrong, we fully understand that and its awful to be without something that you have spent a lot of money on after it fails after such a short period of time but your customer service made this a very painless process. The speed of resolution, the solution without quibble of swapping for a new one, the delivery service – all excellent.
We genuinely appreciate the approach taken by your team and thank you for making a regrettable situation as easy as possible.
