If you wish to reswap an item over due to it arriving damaged, please fill in the form below within the 48 hours after receiving your goods. We will contact you within 24hrs to rectify your problem. No items can be swapped over without an authorisation code from Crampton & Moore (TV) Ltd. No swap overs can be issued if there has been no contact after 48hrs of receiving goods.
Note: Please pack the product in its original packaging, and with all accessories ready for pick up.
You will receive an authorisation number. The authorisation will be a reference for your refund.
Goods must be resealed in the box and ready for collection.
