CUSTOMER VOTES MAKE IT THREE IN A ROW AT NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS FOR CRAMPTON & MOORE

Sheffield-based electrical retailer Crampton & Moore has won the prestigious Internet Retailer of the Year Award 2009.

The Award, based on feedback from over 250,000 customer questionnaires, is the third in a row for the Ecclesfield firm making Crampton & Moore the most successful company ever to feature in this category. The Retailer of the Year survey, administered by appliance plan specialists Domestic & General, is one of the largest independent surveys of customer service in the UK.

Crampton & Moore, established for over 30 years, continues to improve the service and range of products offered with owner Robert Moore overseeing a thriving online business alongside an impressive South Yorkshire showroom. Since first gaining success at the Awards in 2007, Crampton & Moore have developed their internet business substantially and invested time ensuring staff are trained to the highest professional standards to ensure a first class service for customers.

The company offer the complete package for home entertainment with competitive prices on the latest plasma, LCD and, more recently, LED screen televisions. The 11th Retailer of the Year Awards were held at a special dinner at the Langham Hotel in London.
