Sales Assistant

Location: Harrogate

Salary - £11,000 + Commission

Part Time Permanent position

Crampton & Moore are looking to recruit a part time sales assistant, based on 3 days per week, must be flexible and able to cover holidays throughout the year.

If you are someone who is excited at the prospect of joining a team selling all the major brands, but enjoys the autonomy of a smaller business, is flexible and willing to take on any task, this could be the role for you.

Experience within a retail environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

The Successful Candidate will be:

  • Willing to assist the store manager in the day to day running of the store if required

Ecommerce Administrator

As an ecommerce administrator you will be supporting the buying and ecommerce team in fulfilling orders, managing stock movements across the business and ensuring the smooth operations of our ecommerce channels.Once trained and integrated you’ll be expected to become a key team member and help improve all aspects of the ecommerce business. Your attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines will ensure our fulfilment processes run smoothly. 

What the role will involve

  • Managing the fulfilment of orders with multiple couriers
  • Processing of orders within different fulfilment systems
  • Improving the customer experience
  • Communicating delivery information with customers
  • Controlling fulfilment options for customers
  • Managing and monitoring stock across the business
  • Improving efficiencies and processes within your area
  • Booking in and moving stock

What the successful candidate will have

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets
  • Be able to work to regular deadlines and ensure processes are completed on time
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Great communicator and team player
  • Be able to work professionally and effectively with 3rd parties
  • Be motivated to improve processes and efficiencies in your area
  • Desire to grow and develop with the business
  • Knowledge of fulfilment and stock management is beneficial but not essential
